Each day is anchored by one to two 60-90 minute Hot Yoga classes that will move you deeply and land you fully in your body. Woven throughout the days are Hot Pilates, Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, breathwork, somatic awareness, and embodied experiences designed to carry you inward — not as a schedule of sessions, but as a gently unfolding journey that brings you back to the heart of what matters most.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eYou will leave with more than rest. You will leave with clarity, and a real sense of your next steps.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Yucca Shala is held with care by Kim Tang and Spencer Larsen, who have created a truly sacred space for retreats. For these four plus days, explore, settle in, and make yourself completely at home. Find your favourite spot under the Joshua Trees, sink into the living room by the fire, or simply wander. Each space is divided by beautiful floor-to-ceiling curtains, creating a sense of privacy and calm. Each includes a standing lamp, some storage for your personal items, and a personal charging station. An en suite bathroom is shared between guests. The main showers and lockers are located in the main house, just steps away — lockers are available there for your toiletries. Mats, blankets, bolsters and props provided.
