I found Yoga in New York City in 1999 — not as a trend, but as a lifeline. What began as a way to manage stress became a lifelong study of movement, philosophy, and self-discovery.
Over the years I've taught and managed studios, competed nationally in USA Yoga, and trained deeply in the traditional 26&2 sequence, Intermediate and 84 Asana, Hot Pilates, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and meditation — shaped by the teachings of Esak Garcia, Kim Tang, and Ghosh Yoga.
Today, I'm building something I wish had existed when I started: a place where dedicated students can go deeper. My focus is intermediate practice — helping students move beyond the 26&2 foundation into a richer understanding of the sequence, the body, and the self. That means 4-week skill-building courses, retreats for immersive practice and mindfulness, free tutorials on Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breath, and meditation, and private 1:1 coaching for students who want personalized guidance on their practice.

Return to the Heart: Joshua Tree Retreat

4+ days and five nights of deep rest, renewal, and practice in the high desert.
Each day is anchored by one to two 60–90 minute hot classes that will move you deeply and land you fully in your body. Woven throughout are Yoga Nidra, guided meditation, breathwork, and somatic experiences — a gently unfolding journey that brings you back to the heart of what matters most.
Two desert excursions. A Sound Bowl experience on Sunday evening. Hot sauna, all meals provided, group airport transfers from Palm Springs (PSP) arranged at scheduled times.
